Mr. Aman Joshi

Co-Founder and Director, Fidato Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

He is Chartered Electrical Engineer having 12yrs + Renewable Energy experience (Over 3 GW) and providing advisory to potential Solar Power Project developers with various State/National Solar Policies as well as Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) mechanism to put up Solar Power Projects. He completed his MBA in Power Management from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in 2011, prior to that he has done his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Dehradun Institute of Technology in 2009.

After working for around 2 years in energy sector, he started consultancy providing services in Renewable Sector in 2013 and started the company named Fidato Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He is a Government certified Trainer from Skill Council of Green Jobs (GoI) for Utility Engineers and Entrepreneurs in Solar PV and he provided training programs Suryamitra under Suryamitra Skill Development Program by Govt. of India. He has also executed training and awareness program on Energy Conservation & Efficiency in Govt Schools, ITIs, Diploma and Engineering colleges for work under UREDA in 2018-19.

In his professional journey, he has provided advisory to PSUs like BHEL, NHPC and other govt. organizations like UREDA, SDRF and UPNL. He is also an advisory member of Distribution Code Review Panel of Hon’ble UERC representing renewable energy generators of Uttarakhand and Associate member of The Institution of Engineers (India)-AM181318-0. He has also published 2 (two) research papers in the field of solar energy as a tool for socio-economic development and merits of solar energy in hills regions of Uttarakhand.

Balwinder Singh

(Manager)

He is B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineer having more than 10 years of experience in Energy sector. He is experienced in Energy Conservation Building Code compliances as well as designing, engineering and DPR preparation of rooftop, ground mount and pre-feasibility of floating Solar PV projects. Details of the experience are as following:

• Detailed electrical design and engineering (AC/DC) side and drawing vetting/review for MW scale projects.
• Preparation of Financial Models for Bid assistance and Economic Feasibility Analysis.
• Project Management, Planning and Execution for Solar PV projects.
• Providing assistance in material procurement, billing and accounting.
• Site feasibility studies, technology selection and report preparation for establishing Solar PV plants by analysing techno-commercial parameters.
• Preparation of Bankable Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and designing RFPs for EPC contractor and vendor selection for various critical equipment like PV Modules, Inverters etc.
• Contract review and PPA evaluation on technical, regulatory and financial perspective.
• Reviewing and tracking of ongoing projects, resolving queries of client and follow up with progress update, documentation and day to day dealing with Govt. departments like UPCL, UREDA, MSME department etc., managing site related activities during solar project construction and related paper work.

Tushar Negi

(Sr. Consultant)

MBA in Power management and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering having more than 6 years of industrial experience as a Consultant in Power Sector with major emphasis on Renewable Energy with prior experience in maintenance and project management. He is well versed with the Regulatory, Policy and Financial aspects in power sector. Details of the experience are as following:

• Preparation of Financial Calculations for Bid assistance and Economic Feasibility Analysis including DSCR, Project IRR, Equity IRR, LCOE etc. of renewable energy projects.
• Project management, planning and execution for Ground mount and canal bank Solar PV projects as a team lead.
• Site feasibility studies and report preparation for establishing ground mount, canal bank and floating Solar PV plants.
• Contract review and PPA evaluation on technical, regulatory and financial perspective including policy review and analysis.
• Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Material procurement, Energy Audit work.
• Creating Simulation sheets on software like PVSyst and HomerPro for generation and radiation estimation.

• Analysis of electricity bills, power related queries to meet electricity demand of the C&I consumers.
• Reviewing and tracking of on-going projects, resolving queries of client and follow up with progress update, documentation and day to day dealing with Govt. departments like UPCL, UREDA, MSME department etc., managing site related activities during solar project construction and related paper work.
• Preparing presentations and business development activities in Solar, energy efficiency or any other relevant domains in which company can diversify, preparing tender documents.
• Included Primary and Secondary research in the fields as per company requirement and giving out solutions.
• The research fields also emphasized on Renewable Energy Sector which includes socio-economic development through Solar Projects in hilly regions of Uttarakhand.

Anup Rawat

(Project Engineer)

He is diploma in Civil Engineering and certified Suryamitra (for installing solar plants) from Govt. of India and having more than 5 years of experience in ground mount and canal bank Solar PV projects. He is well versed with PVSYST and AutoCAD software and familiar with static and dynamic behaviour of structures. He is well aware of relevant I.S & International codes and project management skills. Details of the experience are as following:

• Design, Estimation and costing of Civil & structural works
• Site Execution of civil work within the time frame and within the Budget.
• Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate condition, operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
• To check the drawings provided by various design consultants and integrate in the project.
• Putting together specification and requirements for issue of tenders for civil / structural works contracts.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technical skills in materials & methods in all applicable engineering, architectural & construction areas.
• To prepare R.C.C drawings for Pile Foundation, Well Foundation, Open Foundation & Raft Foundation.
• To prepare Staging, shuttering and drawings for Pier Caps.
